ORION Capital is currently on the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) licensing track but is not yet licensed or regulated by the DFSA. We are operating in a pre-license Research & Development (R&D) phase. This website, our systems, and our trading activities are strictly closed to the general public and are restricted to vetted internal participants who have signed physical liability waivers and executed comprehensive legal agreements.

Virtual assets exhibit extreme price volatility. Leveraged perpetual futures are complex instruments that require active monitoring. Rapid, adverse market movements can trigger immediate liquidations of trading balances. Under our pre-license R&D pool, our operations are strictly capped at an aggregate limit of USD 5,000,000 to manage volatility risk during system refinement.

Because ORION Capital is not yet fully licensed by the DFSA, participants do not currently benefit from the full suite of regulatory protections, retail compensation schemes, or dispute resolution mechanisms afforded to clients of licensed firms in the DIFC.
